Restore a purchase

Open Rock Identifier, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro access comes back on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Rock Identifier.

Refunds

Apple handles every refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
