A reading looks off

Lay your iPhone flat on a surface you know is level and run Calibrate in Level Tool. A case or a camera bump can tilt the phone; calibrating once on that surface corrects for it.

The unlock screen will not close (version 1.1)

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, swipe the Level Tool card away and open the app again. You do not need to restart your iPhone. Version 2.0 gives that screen a close button.

Restore a purchase

Open Level Tool, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro access comes back on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID, including a Lifetime purchase from any earlier version.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Level Tool.

Refunds

Apple handles every refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
