How do I keep track of when my bills are due?
Bill Organizer - Billo holds every bill and its due date in one list on your iPhone and reminds you three days ahead and again on the morning it is due. You type the bills in yourself, so there is no bank login.
How it works
- Add your first bill
Name, amount, due date. It takes about ten seconds, because nothing is being fetched from anywhere: you are telling the app what you already know rather than authorising it to go looking.
- Set how it repeats
Once, weekly, monthly, yearly, or every N days for the ones that do not fit a calendar month. Rent and insurance are usually monthly; a quarterly water bill is every ninety days.
- Let the reminders carry it
Two notifications per bill, at 10:00 local time: one three days ahead so there is room to move money, and one on the morning it is due. That is the whole mechanism.
- Pay it your usual way, then stamp it
The paying happens wherever it always happened, in your banking app or on the biller's site. Come back and stamp the bill paid. It leaves what is owed, the recurrence rolls forward, and the month seal fills in.

Common questions
What is the simplest way to do this with no app at all?
Open your calendar, make one repeating event per bill on its due day, name it with the biller and the amount, and set the alert a few days early. That covers the whole job for most people. The weak point is that a calendar cannot tell you which ones you have already paid this month, so a lot of people end up keeping a second scrap of paper for exactly that.
Should I just put everything on autopay instead?
Autopay solves late fees and nothing else. It also hides price rises, since a subscription that quietly goes up is paid without you reading the figure, and it can pull money on a day your balance is low and turn a late fee into an overdraft fee. The usual answer is both: autopay the fixed ones like rent and insurance, keep a reminder for the variable ones like power and water, and glance at the amount before it lands.
Does it connect to my bank?
No, and it cannot. There is no bank linking, no account to create and no login. You enter a name, an amount and a due date, which takes a few seconds per bill, and everything is stored on the phone itself. That is the trade: more typing at the start, and no credentials handed to anyone in exchange for less of it.
Is Billo free?
Five bills are free, with reminders, the calendar, marking paid and tracking income in included, no ads and no account. Paying lifts the bill limit and adds the Home Screen widget, photo attachments on a bill, the payment history ledger, CSV export of your records and iCloud sync across devices. Without it the data stays on the one phone.
